5×5x5

Given my weak ass RMR attempt on Tuesday (although in the end I felt good, that last effort was a confidence builder), I decided to do the dreaded 5×5x5 at lunch today, inspired by Piotrek. As he mentioned, pretty brutal workout, my first two efforts were right at threshold, which made me feel like a little girl, so the last three were way above…pretty much maxed out for a minute effort. Looking back, I always feel like I could’ve gone harder, but I don’t actually think so, at least not on the last three.

Oddly enough, I kind of enjoyed myself.
